A Note on Colors & Monitor Settings We do our best to represent all products accurately. However, please understand that final print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor calibrations.

Specific Fabric Details:

• Dark Fabrics: Print colors may appear slightly softer or less vibrant on dark fabrics, as the dye settles into the fiber for a vintage look.
• Cotton Tote Bags: We do not print white ink on natural cotton totes. Any white areas in your design will show the beautiful, natural canvas texture instead.
• Gildan "White" Hoodies: Due to specific dye lots, the "White" variant is a soft, natural off-white rather than a stark, bright white.

Your custom pet portrait is printed on premium, uncoated matte paper to give it that authentic sketch look. Because the paper has a natural texture, it loves to be handled with care!

The Golden Rules:

• Hands Off (Mostly): The natural oils in our skin can mark matte paper over time. Always handle your print by the edges only with clean, dry hands.
• No Water: 🚫 Never use a damp cloth or cleaning spray on the print itself. If you need to remove dust, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a clean makeup brush and gently brush it away.
• The "Mojo" Warning: Do not attempt to "blow" dust off the paper. Mojo tried this... it was not good. (Let’s just say it wasn't just air). 💦 Use a soft, dry clean brush instead. Trust us.
• Frame for Protection: While we sell these frameless so you can choose your own style, we highly recommend framing your print behind glass or acrylic to protect it from dust and moisture.
• Pro Tip – Use a Mat: If you frame it, consider using a mat (the cardboard border). This keeps the glass from touching the ink directly, which prevents the paper from sticking to the glass in humid weather.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Like all fine art, UV rays are the enemy.To keep those blacks deep and colors vibrant, display your artwork on a wall that doesn't get hit with constant, direct sunlight.

• Custom Made for You: Every item is a unique, made-to-order piece. Our standard processing and creation time is 3-5 business days before your item ships.
• Standard Shipping: Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 5-10 business days.
• Multiple Items May Ship Separately: To ensure the best quality, we use different expert partners for different products. If your order contains a mix of items (like a hoodie and a mug), they may arrive in separate packages.
