Frequently Asked Questions

Select your favorite piece, click Personalize, and upload any clear photo from your device. Our Mojo AI Engine immediately transforms your pet’s photo into custom line art right on your screen. You review and approve the live design before completing checkout—no generic templates, just your dog’s unique look.

Yes. Every design is drawn directly from your uploaded photo—we do not use pre-drawn templates. Whether your dog is a Great Dane, Dachshund, or a one-of-a-kind rescue mix, the art is uniquely theirs.

Clear, well-lit, eye-level photos taken in natural daylight work best for our Mojo AI Engine. Avoid heavy shadows, dark indoor lighting, or blurry motion shots so every distinctive line of their ears, muzzle, and fur renders with crisp detail.

• Ready-to-Ship & Non-Custom Goods: Our Mojo Original design, artisan coffees, and bracelets do not require any personalization or photo uploads—simply add them directly to your cart and check out.
• Instant Digital Gift Cards: If you want to gift a custom photo piece (like our hoodies, camp mugs, or blankets) but don't have access to the recipient's favorite pet photo, send a Doggo Mojo Digital Gift Card. It delivers instantly by email so they can have the fun of uploading their dog’s photo and watching the live preview render themselves.
• Surprise Gifts: If you want the physical custom item to arrive as a surprise, you will need to upload a photo to generate and approve the live design before checkout. Grabbing a clear, well-lit picture from their social media camera roll works perfectly!

Because every piece is custom-rendered and printed just for you, production typically takes 2–4 business days following your live preview approval. Standard domestic shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days, with full tracking sent directly to your email as soon as your package leaves the print studio.
