To ensure top quality, different items ship from dedicated studio and roasting partners. If your order includes a mix (such as a hoodie and a bag of coffee), they will arrive in separate packages with their own tracking numbers. -

Because each piece is custom-rendered or roasted to order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or returned.
