Care Instructions

Keeping Your Tumbler Fresh & Cold for the Long Haul:

  • Hand Wash Recommended: To preserve the vacuum-insulated thermal seal and keep your custom exterior artwork pristine for years, hand washing the stainless steel vessel with warm water and mild dish soap is best.
  • Soft Sponges Only: Always use a soft sponge, silicone bottle brush, or microfiber cloth. Never use green abrasive scouring pads, steel wool, or stiff wire brushes, as these will scratch the protective exterior coating and design.
  • Dishwasher Care (Top Rack Only): If using the dishwasher, place the vessel and lid on the top rack only. Avoid commercial cycles, high-heat sanitize settings, or heated heavy-duty drying cycles, which can compromise the thermal vacuum seal over time.
  • Lid & Straw Cleaning: Disassemble the rotating sip cover and remove the silicone gasket periodically for a deep rinse. Clean the reusable straw with a narrow straw brush. All lid components and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe.
  • Protect the Surface on the Go: While built for daily adventure, avoid tossing your tumbler loose into bags alongside sharp metal objects like keys or tools to keep the smooth finish scratch-free.
  • No Microwave or Freezer: Crafted from solid double-wall food-grade stainless steel. Never microwave, and do not freeze (expanding liquids can warp the insulated interior walls).
  • No Harsh Chemicals: Do not use chlorine bleach, harsh chemical cleansers, or solvent-based stain removers.

    Once in transit, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days across the US. You will receive tracking info as soon as your parcel is on the move.
  • Separate Deliveries
    To ensure top quality, different items ship from dedicated studio and roasting partners. If your order includes a mix (such as a hoodie and a bag of coffee), they will arrive in separate packages with their own tracking numbers.
  • Our Return & Guarantee Policy
    Because each piece is custom-rendered or roasted to order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges.  Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or returned. However, if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us right away with a photo at support@doggomojo.com and we will make it right immediately!
