Personalize Your Product

Deep, Bold & Guiding.

Named after the ancient constellation that holds the brightest dog star in the night sky, Canis Major is our boldest, richest brew. Crafted as our signature Cuppa Mojo Dark Roast, it delivers deep, caramelized sweetness, full body, and a smoky, chocolatey richness that cuts right through early morning fog.

Minimalist Design. Small-Batch Roasted.

Showcasing clean, contemporary canine photography, this bag brings modern warmth to your countertop while housing dark, specialty-grade beans roasted with master-level precision.

  • Freshness First: 100% small-batch roasted in Oregon. Your beans are roasted just 24–48 hours before they ship to preserve rich cocoa notes, low acidity, and natural essential oils.
  • Bold & Velvety: A robust, heavy-bodied dark roast with a smooth, lingering finish that stands up brilliantly on its own or with your favorite milk.
  • A Hidden Surprise: Don't forget to check under the bag flap for a special little secret between our studio and the Pack.

Purity & Lab-Tested Quality

Tested for Peace of Mind

At the Modern Sketch Studio, we believe your daily ritual should be as pure as the Blue Ridge air. We independently laboratory-test our coffee to ensure it meets the highest standards for safety and performance.

What’s NOT in Your Cup:

  • Zero Mycotoxins: Independently verified to be free of toxic mold byproducts like Aflatoxins and Ochratoxin A—the common culprits behind "coffee jitters" and brain fog.
  • Zero Detectable Mold & Yeast: Our high-altitude sourcing and specialized roasting process eliminate the contaminants found in lower-grade beans.
  • Heavy Metal Safe: Tested for Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, and Mercury with results consistently below the limit of quantification.

The Ritual: How to Brew for the Pack

Find Your Steady

Great coffee is about more than caffeine—it’s about the ritual of the morning. Here is how we recommend brewing your Mojo for the perfect "Steady Stride" result:

  • The Gear: Use filtered water and a clean French Press or Pour-Over. (The "Hardware" matters).
  • The Ratio: Start with 1 tablespoon of ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water. Adjust for your personal "Mojo" level.
  • The Method:
  1. For Drip: Add your Mojo to the machine and let the technology handle the stride.
  2. For Manual (Press/Pour): Use water just off the boil (about 200°F). For Pour-overs, use a slow spiral; for French Press, let the grounds steep.
  • The Pause: Let it brew for 4 minutes. Use this time to breathe, plan your "Operator" moves for the day, or give your dog a "Nose Boop."
  • The Result: Press or filter slowly. Sip, stay steady, and enjoy the mission.
