• Once your design is perfect, simply add the item to your cart and complete your purchase. Our artists will then get to work creating your one-of-a-kind item!

• Hand wash: Wash with warm water, a soft terry cloth or sponge, and plant-based dish soap.
• Dishwasher safe: While your mug is dishwasher safe, avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive scrubbers that can damage the glaze.
• Microwave safe: Mug can be safely placed in microwave for food or liquid heating.
• Avoid sudden temperature changes: To prevent cracking, avoid placing your hot mug on a cold surface or pouring cold liquid into a hot mug.
• Handle with care: Ceramic mugs can be fragile, so handle them with care to prevent chips or cracks.

• Standard Shipping: Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 5-10 business days.
